Its a sad fact that law is almost considered divine to the SJW libbos. They use law to structure their own morality instead of using their morality to structure law.

I did not raise the subject of the law, you did.

You presented that if one causes the death of a child in the womb, that he has committed a crime, as some sort of equivalency to abortion.

You literally made an argument from the law, not morality.

I simply pointed out to you that the law you are relying on for the basis of your argument specifically exempts abortion, so they are not equivalent as far as the law is concerned.

Moreover, my argument is a moral one.

If a person dies, the authorities have a responsibility to determine the cause, and hold people accountable if there is wrongdoing.

If you truly hold that a fertilized egg is a person, with all of the rights personhood entails, then this applies equally to it.

Unless you believe that some people are more equal than others?
