Nah, those are all individual civilizations, and even then, only Carthage suffered a comparable cultural death. A proper comparison would be if the Mongolians invaded and conquered Western Europe and over the course of 400 years systematically destroyed their culture to the point of extinction and caused the deaths of tens of millions of people, reaching up into a hundred million. Europeans didn't just destroy a single country, they annihilated an entire continent's worth of culture.
