Don't know that I agree DCNu Cap is mid herald.
His time shenanigans is more like Zoom than Flash and Zoom is high

Pre Flashpoint, absolutely just question post being only that high

To be exact I would make a bid for Futures End Captain Atom.

And I would make a bid for Mid Tier. Time foolery, and offensive matter manipulation is a no go. plus he was taken out by DCnU Firestorm. I would bid that he is well within the parameters of Mid Herald.

Yeah but then again Aren't characters ranked in their tiers based on their complete ability/powerset??

Just because a powerset is disallowed shouldn't change their ranking within a tier.

Absolutely.

So compare Nate to all the other High Herald Energy or Matter Manipulators and you will see he comes up short.

Plus the fact that he has limited appearances does not help.

For Doom, what constitutes 'standard' gear? With Ironman, we have to name which armour we're using, for example.

Carver, am assuming you're using pre-52 WW? With or without the TP immunity? Or latest version (which didn't)?

Doom usually add to his gear. He's nothing like Ironman where he has 50 suits hanging up in his closet.
