That's the problem. The media and everyone else is quick to blame the cops for things like this but the parents of these black kids who have no respect for those in authority are really who should be blamed for not teaching their kids better. Guess it doesn't help that most of those kids who haven't been taught to respect authority probably have deadbeat fathers that don't give a shit about teaching them anything because usually they abandoned them and their Mother long before they were even born. Many of these little brats who act like this probably don't even know who their real Father is.

This is pretty much spot on, not only are teenagers rebellious but in minority groups, rebellion is more deeply rooted now because of media/politics spotlight. Lets just look at Ferguson and Baltimore.
If you are black now, you can pretty much do anything you want, and if police get involved, if its caught on camera, you will wind up a hero.
We still have people here that think Michael Brown was innocent.
