To each his own, but honestly, the villain alone doesn't save HP movies. They were a disgrace compared to the source material.

Maybe you're right as I never read the books. I simply loved the films. And I started out favoring the lord of the rings films by far over the Harry Potter films. But this changed as the Lotr films lost their luster as they waned forward. Harry Potter got stronger as they matured and went forward. Nothing in the Lotr films comes close to even touching the Voldemort/Dumbledore duel.

I am cautiously optimistic about Warcraft. I really hope it is good and I liked the trailer overall, but there have been too many awful video game films already, so trying not to set my expectations too high.
