That's your poor opinion and you're welcome to it.
Lotr fizzled out and Potter continued to build steam. Can't wait for the next one. American wizards here we come. Looks like these wizards aren't as bold and as aggressive as Voldemort but he is the baddest wizard out there.

LoTR started and finished strong. Meh, FBaWtFT might be alright for a children's film, will wait until I see a preview.

It is already said to be more for adults than the previous ones. The more mature potter films were the amazing ones. It got much darker. Voldemort's hold over the wizarding community seemed much darker than Sauron who never even reacquired a body.

Doesn't hold a candle to Voldemort/Dumbledore.

I'm sorry, but the Balrog fight is without a doubt the most memorable non-Star Wars scifi/fantasy movie fight.

Spoiler:
Not actually sorry

How dare you question my righteous opinion. Your sacred fight isn't in the best of the Lotr series.

Nothing from Lotr touches the magnificence of Voldemort.

I was never impressed with Voldemort. *shrug*

What is wrong with you ?

"When I read the script, I wasn't impressed with Voldemort; he's my most forgettable role and I often do forget I played the character. To be completely honest, I was drunk during most of the filming and I only did it for the easy paycheck." -Ralph Fiennes circa 2014

What does that prove even if it were true ?

Oh look an actual article quoting Ralph.

I cite proof but Robbie makes things up which wouldn't prove anything anyways. Oh Robbie. You care soooooo much.

When asked what are his fondest moments of filming the Harry Potter series:

"Sometimes after we wrapped up filming for the day, Ralph would ask the cast and crew to gather around and he'd read fan-mail from fans telling how inspired they are by his portrayal of Voldemort; Ralph would openly mock them by reading the notes in a dullard's voice. We'd all have a good laugh at those losers. Brilliant stuff, that." -Daniel Radcliffe (People Magazine interview) circa 2013

You are one sad little ese. Bask in the glory of Voldemort. The potter series is continuing and going off in a new direction unlike Lotr and the hobbit.

Probably for the best after those Hobbit films. 😘

Still, I’d love to see some Silmarillion stories turned into films. Most notably the Children of Hurin or the tale of Luthien/Beren though that will never happen while Christopher yet lives.

When asked about the wave of fanboys Voldemort had attracted:

"To this day I'm still confused why so many people believe Voldemort is one film's most iconic villains. I can see the literary version attaining such status, but the film version came off as little more than a throwaway villain for the hero to trounce. An utterly forgettable character that even Fiennes couldn't save. Amon Goeth, Hannibal Lector, Darth Vader and Hans Gruber, now those are memorable film villains." -J.K. Rowling (BBC Interview) Circa 2012

Poor Robbie still upset over Voldemort's worldwide success as one of fantasy's most terrifying villains ever.

When asked on his thoughts of his character's duel with Voldemort:

"Who?" -Michael Gambon (British Film magazine Interview) circa 2012

The childish and petty ways of the tard known as Roberta.

After being told who Voldemort is in Harry Potter:

"Oh, that completely forgettable character; I don't waste my time thinking about rubbish. Funny story, did you know Fiennes was arseholed drunk every minute of filming. Likely pissed half his paychecks up the wall." -Michael Gambon (British Film magazine Interview) circa 2012
