Heard that there is some nice action and motion capture in this, but the human element and characterization is poor at best.

So I'll probably avoid paying big bucks for this.

From the making of they wanted both orcs and humans to have depth. The review on ign is also positive. Pay big bucks. We need more fantasy.

According to Duncan Jones there's a longer cut of the movie, Could be that one is better then what we have gotten for the cinema.
