Yep Zack, he almost killed Shiva. And both were above Bronze Tiger.

At the time its hard to say about Batman, Batman hadn't established himself as better than Shiva just yet, but he had beaten David Cain and proved better than Cassandra prior. Both of which are just below Shiva. [Both of whom have wins and losses to Shiva later on.]

Pretty much, prior to her being on the recieving end of a beating from Dragon, Shiva was unconquered at the time.

Oop, I take that back, Batman did beat Shiva once prior in Public Enemies, but its in doubt if she was mind controlled or not, but still, he bested her pretty solidly.

Richard is one of the premier MA in the DCU. He could definitely compete.
