What is his feat in that? Creating a little universe? Not really a feat since we have no idea what he did or how long it took to do so. Not downplaying it but he sounds kinda fragile as he needs to be guided to his room for protection.

Odin has recently done his own universal level feat anyways but universe busting is for street levellers these days.

Hulk and Nightcrawler destroyed a Universe during their fight. Don't think anyone would say either of these two could beat Odin.

How am I downplaying? Just sayin what I saw in the scan. I literally know zero bout DC odin. I would have said same if that was Marvel Odin.

He just did it.

That's actually carried over from a 1980s JSA story The Last Days of the Justice Society to remove them from the DCU until they were written back in later where Waverider saved them from that universe.
