Sure but comparing a traffic law that can be broken by 100% of the population and has been more then likely is a little different then gun laws. Which are a constitutional right.

All laws can pretty much be broken by 100% of the population, but we still have laws. We currently have guns laws and you're edging again towards a "want to take all guns away" when that isn't what I said.
