Then while weakened he survived the attack. Hell, near death he survived a planet exploding on him (the guy was chopped in half l, power gone, and guts on the floor when he survived said attack). The weakest of DBZ characters.

One character caught something that was powerful enough to kill a Saiyan. Before and after this, no known disease harmed any of the Z fighters.
