I feel like the team can take this. These are movie versions ya? If so Cap has proven he's insanely durable. He's fallen from 20+ stories into concrete without breaking bones (granted the shield absorbed most of the impact, but his legs still hit the ground). He also has taken shots from Thor with his shield and just about everything else you can imagine. Spiderman's punches won't do much to cap with shield. HOWEVER, if Cap can't hang onto it it's game over.
Also, if Spidey were allowed to web they'd lose for sure.
Movie Spidey (Raimi version) is strong enough to stop trains, durable enough to get hit by speeding trains and still be totally fine afterwards (see the Spider-Man 2 director's cut version), fast enough to avoid automatic gunfire after the bullets leave the chamber and has the most detailed version of spider-sense ever seen for the character. In short, he's OP without the symbiote suit (which auto-bloodlusts him IIRC).
Spidey no question. Unless the crappy Webb version, in which case, he gets stomped hard.
Originally posted by Dark-KenshinNot really "Stop" trains....not with brute strength anyway. He did it more realistically by basically creating a net that gradually reduced the train's speed. It's still a hell of a feat for Spidey, but in context it's not as impressive. It's True that Spidey is above all of this team, but:

A) He can't use his web at all as per op
B) He is going up against 3 great h2h fighters and Kahn, who are all bloodlusted. Cap is going to be using this shield as lethally as possible.
C)and no, he's not auto-bloodlusted unless stated by op.

Spider-man without using maximum effort.
Keep in mind Cap was soloing Ultron for a good 10 minutes. Cap (and the rest) are bloodlusted and easily all of them are more skilled fighters than Spidey. Bucky and cap are gonna tag team Spidey worse than Iron Man 😛
In all seriousness, this is alot closer than people are thinking. The team could get some wins here; all I'm saying.

Originally posted by HulkIsHulkI'm aware of Spidey's feats. He cannot use his web, which is really the main reason the team even has a chance. AS I said, if Cap can keep control of his shield the whole time, the team gets some wins. If not, they lose everythime.
Spidey is considerably fast and the few hits he land will quickly take out 2 the 4If the Venom symbiote makes him bloodlusted or more violet and unless the OP forbids that it is a logical conclusion
And here's a respect thread for Raimi Spidey:

Without the suit, I actually think their fight would have gone more similar to Spideys fight with the Goblin in the first movie where it life Pete bloody and torn before he won. Maybe Harry would have even won since Harry is younger with the same Goblin serum and better/more versitile tech.
He had the suit and was fighting against harry and nothing seemed beyond what Cap can handle.

This is a solid team, its not a stomp by any means. Also Cap has his shield and bukys metal arm can make the game winning weakness against him which is loud noise.
If we give them the advantage of having full knowledge of the symbiotes weakness, they can at least get rid of the suit, although they'd have to keep up the noise after Spidey is out to keep it from going back to him (unless it goes to one of them, in which case their team now has Venom and Spidey will lose; not very fair though, and I doubt thats what you're going for). Despite that, Spidey got hit by a train while he was on another train, which basically doubles the speed. He took at least 10 downward hits from a being made up of hundreds of tons of sand. He's taken punches from beings with legitimate super strength that make Cap, the strongest person on this team, look weak. They're not gonna knock him out or do enough damage to injure him in a meaningful way. Not like any of them are even fast enough to tag him.
Spidey is also strong enough to likely KO each of them with one hit. It's a definite stomp.
