He doesn't need webs. The strength and speed gap is so big Spidey could just run up and pull it out of caps hands. Cap doesn't have the strength to hold on.

naw lol. Spidey is fast enough to effortlessly snatch that shield in mid flight or strong enough to just yank it from cap. Khan is a non factor, Ozy will go down. Bucky and Cap hang for a few more minutes but eventually get outclassed. Like the other guy said, Spidey tanked multi ton blows from giant sized sandman and was still conscious. Nobody here has the strength to put spidey down. Add that durability with his bullet timing speed, superior strength and the DAMN SYMBIOTE amp this becomes spite.
