Should be a good fight. Loki will most likely take it though. Kylo has the force but we don't know how powerful that will be against an Asgardian. OP didn't specify if Loki has throwing daggers but Kylo could catch those mid flight like Poe's laser blast. Loki can blast him with the scepter. I don't think a lightsaber will be able to deflect a blast that wide or who knows if he can deflect it at all. Those scepter blasts ripped through cars. Even if Loki can't use illusions, can't he teleport? IIRC, in "The Avengers" Loki tricks Coulson with an illusion and teleports behind him. Also, Kylo sorta got his butt kicked by Rey. I think Loki takes the win.
