I guess the headline is lying and in the article they change their position.

The writer and editors should be shot if this is the case.

It's not lying or misleading though, the article goes on to explain things directly related to the cooling effects.

If you read the snippets I quoted for you, you'd get the gist of it. Or you could also choose to read the entire article, for the full monty.
