whats a D lister? is it based on powers? jobbery? how famous the character is? if its by powers then even guys like batman and cap can find themselves within that category. if its by jobbery then guys like rhino and apocalypse can find themselves there. if its by fame then very powerful guys can find themselves as D listers.
