Black Panther is only much stronger, faster, more durable, has super human senses, more agile and acrobatic, smarter, more educated, more knowledgeable, more skilled in combat
and more deadly, obviously better hung, far richer, more resourceful, has better contingency protocols, badder bitches, better success record, stronger mental defenses, better stealth capabilities, better bling, and a way stronger back that doesn't get his back snapped by a Rey Mysterio cosplayer.

Blue i agree with you on most of this but its debatable if BP is overall more smart, educated, knowledgeable and overall fighting skill departments than Bats..
But yes between the 2 BP is overall more powerful

For every low showing I could bring up a tremendously high showing. Man Ape is no pushover, and Tchalla has still gotten the best of him before. I could really just link his respect thread to end this. But I don't feel like it.

Stealthier? One guy is a master ninja (I will grant you that much), has smoke pellets, and is known for dissapearing in front of his opponents. The other guy is still capable of disappearing in front of people, even without his suit (that also muffles his noise and has a cloaking device).
Panther was already physically on cap's level even when he was first introduced and he's only gotten stronger since then. These days, he's portrayed as being capable of damaging Herald level characters with his normal punches.
