Thats a possibility, yeah.
I dont think its enough reason to not publish the book though.
I've heard similar reasoning applied to certain religious texts since 9/11, and and many different works of fiction in school libraries.
The people making those arguments are pretty sure getting rid of books is for everyone's own good. Well, Hitler was big on book burning, and he felt he was performing a service.
