Friends

Right I am just wondering how many high school graduates still have the same friends they had when they started their freshman year four years earlier. You know loyal and true friends and pals that you still can count on and rely on in difficult times.

By high school do you mean like when I was 12? If so then most people have moved on.

Were you 12 in high school Raz? I am talking about freshman year(ninth grade we call it over here) at roughly age 14 or 15.

well, if you're 12 and leave at 18 of course they change
from 14 to 18 it's "only" four years

By the time I left high school I had a completely different set of friends to those I had when I entered school.

2 were expelled, 3 moved away and the the rest of us had different interests and drifted apart.

Further more, 15 years after leaving school and I'm not in contact with any of my old school friends any more.

hmm...it's only been 3 years since high school for me---i'm still friends with the same group of ppl. i mean, we keep in touch. i rarely see them on campus, tho.

what is this thing 'friends' you speak of, I know not what it is.

well..i have a friend since kinder garden. So..that's about 12 years. (out of our 16)

Errr... yeah, I think maybe re-phrasing the question may be useful, Gordon. Cross-country education differences can confuse greatly.

Hmm.. except for my boyfriend I know noone at all, and him I only got to know in second year of college so hmm yes I'm kinda associal 😛
