I suppose you could argue that he may have been holding back with the first blast, but AM made it clear that he wanted Yat dead when he fired the second blast, so it's pretty hard to say that one was neutered...

AM was pretty diminished during Sinestro Wars, but he still lived through a solar system busting attack. I doubt there's much Doomsday could do to win here.

2nd blast wasn't the AM's limit though. He could have easily ripped off blasts 3-10 without blinking

Uh. Are you sure? It may have been Galaxy buster, which admittedly is a far cry from a solar system, but it wasn't any more than that.

Was an estimate. It was enough to wipe out the entire Milky Way, which contains 200-400 billion stars, many of which have solar systems.
