i'm not understanding how thor's strength is driven by cis/pis. even wm thor wasn't near this hulk's level. thor with the gem was matching thanos in strength and this hulk imo effortlessly surpasses thanos in terms of sheer strength.
perhaps thor's overall power, and his willingness to unleash the hammer to its max, can be driven or controlled by cis, but i don't see his strength (again, we've seen him in warrior madness--doesn't get anymore ooc for thor) and it's....nothing to this version of hulk.
