Superman's 2 main actuall weaknesses are Kryptonite and Red solar energies. Those 2 are considers a weakness since he gets weaker in there vicinity.
Where as Superman doesn't have that with magic. In the vicinity of magic, Clark doesn't automatically start losing his powers.
So for the last time, Clark is susceptible to magic, not weak against it.
That's why we don't claim humans are weak to a bullet, but susceptible to them.
