Lanterns for the win. Each should be able to pull a fifty fifty with Surfer (Sinestro maybe less), but here they will win regardless.

To add to that:

After he died, he willed the Black Lantern ring to himself.
He is stated by Volthoon to be a bigger nexus of willpower than the Central Power Battery. Which is literally THE nexus of willpower for all the Universe.
