Team Avengers vs Fantastic Four

Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk and Thor from AoU.

VS

Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Thing and Dr. Doom from Rise of the Silver Surfer.

The fight takes place in the forests of Sekovia.

Which team wins and why?

I don't in any way think this will be a walkover for the Avengers, the Fantastic Four in these Incarnations pack quite a punch imo. I imagine Iron Man and Captain America going down on the avengers side, but I see Thor and Hulk pulling it home in the long run, but it'll be a long ugly battle.

Fantastic Four has 5 members. Avengers only 4. I won't worry about Thing too much, as powerful as he is, Hulk is still more powerful. It's Doom I'm worried about. He was strong enough to beat up the Fantastic Four.

I guess this could go either way. Thor and Doom are the heaviest hitters of their teams because they're versatile. Hulk and Thing are strong but they'll probably be too occupied with each other to help the others out.

IM is the next strongest and he should be able to take any of the rest of the F4 out one on one but he's outnumbered. Sue can just cage in Cap.

Human Torch should be a tough one for Iron Man going on how he was having trouble with those guys in Iron Man 3. Mister Fantastic and Sue can beat Captain America. Doom & Thing vs Thor and Hulk, Thor should be able to absorb Dr Doom's electrical powers and Hulk and Thing will be a good fight for a awhile.
