Much as I like Havok, Triumph is a notch above in level unless we give both a power source to amp then my money is on Havok.

I seem to remember a comic where Triumph and Superman were evenly matched. I am not sure if it was this specific version of the character, but if so then he should win.

It was Crisis Times Five. And Superman claimed Triumph could have killed him by cutting off his solar energy, of he wanted to.

Earlier version of Triumph also knocked out Martian Manhunter, with a punch to the back of the head.

Havok knocked out the Hulk for a time and he's gotten more powerful since then. Who do you see winning?

Hulk was not knocked out though and he did that via energy draining his radiation. That doesn't apply here. Triumph stomps.

In JUSTICE LEAGUE AMERICA #92, he absorbed and channeled enough energy that was said to be capable of destroying Earth(even Hal's Power Ring couldn't measure it), showing his ability to channel energy is quite powerful.

He went toe-to-toe with J'onn for a bit despite having a spinal injury(was paralyzed without using his powers). Seemed to me he was holding his own until it got to him.

He has some other feats too that are more exotic use of his energy powers, but he didn't do that stuff in CRISIS TIMES FIVE so I won't argue them.

Hmm, didn't know he was that powerful. I wonder why beatbok's ranks Triumph behind Magneto and Cosmic Boy.
