I could see the argument for Cosmic Boy being>Triumph in raw power for energy manipulation, but between Triumph's much greater versatility and his strength/durability, I'd say Triumph>Cosmic Boy overall.

He has some other feats too that are more exotic use of his energy powers, but he didn't do that stuff in CRISIS TIMES FIVE so I won't argue them.
Man, forgot how badly J'onn beat on Triumph. Shows how bad the grim 'n gritty 90's was, when even the peaceful Martian Manhunter gets turned into an action hero badass..
Yeah, much as I like Ray, Triumphs feats kind of point to that one time he owned him as PIS, considering all he did was blast him with energy. (Granted, Triumph wasn't doing much to fight back, and Ray's the guy who accidentially flash fried superboy, who only survived due to regen while anyone else would have died. So, SURVIVING Ray's temper tantrum is impressive.)
Not to mention, Crisis Times Five Triumph controlled Ray.

Superboy and Ray?
Or Ray and Triumph?
I believe both happened in Ray's own comic, although he also appeared in Justice League Task Force.
Kind of inaccurate to call.them.fights, though. In Superboys case, he was being a dick and sucker punched Ray while they were fighting a monster, and Ray later paid him back with an energy attack. Ended up roasting him like the National Lampoon's christmas turkey.
Triumph was also being kind of a dick to Ray, and got put through a building over it. Commented over how he forgot just how powerful Ray is. But again, not really a full fight so much as Ray getting sick of being dicked around..
He kind of did that a lot.. Almost killed his own father, by dragging him into space, until it dawned on him that unlike himself, his old man needed to breath..
