AFAIK, Rittenhouse's third victim, the one with the gun, had not shot or shot at anyone. He should be arrested and invested though. Do forensics on his gun, see if any found bullets belong to his weapon.

- Kyle shoots the guy chasing him
Given that Kyle didn't fire the first shot, was outnumbered and the attacker had no idea Kyle was underage, this doesn't hold up. The fact that Kyle was retreating from the crowd until there was a gun shot makes it a clear cut case of self defence.

Just move on, you can't win this argument because Rob is arguing from a position of bad faith. When he does this it is best just to change the subject.
He knows Kyle didn't fire his gun until accosted, yet says the 3rd person shot was not a threat because he had not shot at anyone. This is what Rob does. What bothers them more is moving on from it, they want you to continually engage with this convo.

I was speaking to someone about this earlier and they told me if your outnumbered, being chased and under valid threat of being killed or injured you can shoot the person(s) mobbing you according to Wisconsin law. It doesn't matter if the pedo had a gun or not, someone else in the crowd assailing him shot first. Which is valid especially if you think the pedo was trying to disarm kyle, which is what you said anyway.
