Exactly, Broly. Exactly. Anyone could have been behind that wall, could have been infants.
Not true. They had the place under surveillance for months. They knew exactly who was in the apartment.
That's how we know Breonna was directly involved in the drug trade including getting caught being a lookout, twice, on camera.*
*That's the level of evidence - including the electronic communications and GPS data which shows her at the "HQ drug house" multiple times - I need to believe culpability in these situations.

Correct, and I doubt they had the intent to find her and kill her for no reason.Especially since you have denied her name was on the warrent.
I've never said they stormed in and shot her like she was the target of an assassination, my angle is that it was misconduct and that they should have had their cameras on, which would have cleared everything up. If they did nothing wrong, the video would have shown that.
You made the claim and I asked you for proof of this, I don't think you replied. But then again, being on a warrant doesn't mean you get shot while unarmed.
What I've found is this:
In the affidavit for the warrant, Jaynes wrote that:Glover's car had made "frequent" trips to Taylor's Springfield Drive apartment.
Glover walked directly into Taylor's apartment on Jan. 16.
A U.S. postal inspector verified Glover received packages at Taylor's apartment.
Taylor's car had been seen in front of Elliott Avenue on "different occasions."
Seems Glover and items possibly belonging to Glover were the target of the warrant.

Almost no one cares that Breonna Taylor was directly involved in illicit drug trade and that her apartment was a legitimate target for a warrant with an arrest of her. The police just f*cked up the timing and missed the drugs and $20K.
While their surveillance definitely had her dead-to-rights with involvement in the drug trade, without cameras actually in the cars, they could not be 100% sure they had the drugs and money in the apartment at the time of the raid. They genuinely thought it was there based on the recent surveillance intelligence they had. They just got it wrong (the $20K was found in another car parked at the HQ Drug House).
She was on the warrant.
Had she not died, she'd still be in police custody and either be pleading some sort of guilty plea or going to full trial for her involvement. The evidence against her is too overwhelming for her to get out of a guilty verdict so I think any lawyer would advise her to plead guilty to lesser charges as a drug trafficking of schedule II drugs, aiding and abetting, and maybe another category I am forgetting. Wish there was a lawyer on the boards who was in criminal law.

I don’t see our disagreement is that big of a deal.
We both seem to agree that they didn’t go their to execute her. They were not even aiming at her.
It’s going to be hard to prove they had intent to murder her
Maybe this has been posted earlier in the thread but was it ever discussed at to why Breanna Taylor wasn't provided medical attention after the shooting stopped? While its been posted by now how the situation occured however I does appear negligent that the situation afterwards. In particular weren't their detail missing in the initial report where it Taylor's injuries weren't present.
Though I would figure that the biggest issue would be in how he no-knock warrant was issued to begin with.
