I agree that if there was only banging on the door and then suddenly the door was busted down that any occupants in the house could be justified in shooting especially if it was so dark in the house that they couldn't tell that they were police officers.
That's why I mostly have not voiced an opinion one way or the other on this case because I don't know all of the full details of it. However, I do know that the GJ has decided not to indict and that people aren't justified in shooting police officers because they don't like a jury's decision.
Two police officers have been shot as a result of the riots in Louisville and if either one of them dies then the man who is in custody for it should get the death penalty if he ends-up being found guilty for it.
