I don't want anything, they have indeed been charged. I was just commenting on the sheer stupidity of thinking there isn't a double standard when it comes to hate crimes(especially the racially motivated ones).

Anyways, something else people need to understand: the assumption this person was a Trump supporter? Came from the little savages in the video lol. They are the ones who brought Trump into it, saying "F*ck Trump" and "F*ck white people".
It was the attackers that apparently assumed he must be a Trump supporter. Either because they had been friendly with him before and knew who he supported...or they just assumed he supported Trump because he was white. So remember, this assumption first came from the attackers.
So if someone is confused why people assume the victim supported Trump? I dunno, write to the local Chicago prison and ask the thugs why they assumed it.
