No, Ang Lee is different. You're thinking of Hulk from TIH which rebooted. He's the same as the one from the Avengers movies, despite being noticeably weaker.
Ang Lees Hulk, Edward Nortons Hulk, and Avengers Hulk are all the same Hulk.

All those movies are cannon and direct prequels to avengers.

Feats are completely interchangeble

After the mixed reception of Hulk, Marvel Studios reacquired the rights to the character, and writer Zak Penn began work on a sequel titled The Incredible Hulk. However, Edward Norton rewrote Penn's script after he signed on to star, severing ties with Hulk by retelling the origin story in flashbacks and revelations, which pleased director Louis Leterrier in establishing the film as a reboot instead of a sequel.[64] Leterrier acknowledged that the only remaining similarity between the two films was Bruce hiding in South America.

Ang Lee Hulk is not canon and is in no way tied to Avengers. His feats do not transfer to MCU Hulk. There was supposed to be a sequel to Ang Lee's Hulk, but it was canceled.

There are multiple scenes and statements tied directly to ang Lee's hulk from TIH😕

And TIH started directly where ang Lee's hulk left off 😕

Bruce taking refuge in South America is something they just happened to have in common. TBH I was never a fan of Ang Lee Hulk, so I'm kind of glad they rebooted. Despite the loss of some phucking awesome strength feats for MCU Hulk, the movie itself was kind of lame. TIH is a better start off point IMO

Your thinking of the wrong Hulk man. Thats Ang Lee Hulk. MCU Hulk has to jump up and climb buildings, never mind clearing the distance from city to city in a jump.
His jump cleared from city to city right before the hulk buster fight. I actually think it was farther than that

Arach's correct, 2003 Hulk isn't part of the MCU.

MCU Hulk has great distance jumps off-screen in TIH 2008. He travelled from Brazil to Guatemala in what appeared to be a single night

Kurse still wins easily over the guy victimized by both Jor and a farm boy in the same film.

He jumped from sokovia to that city he fought Hulkbuster in one leap...

Mind you it was somewhere far off isolated in the woods

Hmmm. Think you're mistaken. They were already in Africa at the ship graveyard when Scarlet Witch mind-****ed Banner, we then see Hulk in downtown Johannesburg.

IIRC, the city wasn't too far away from the shipyard, I think IM looks out over to it when he first starts flying. I can check later at home if you like.
