What should be done to "Cried Wolf" Racism

I believe it should be a crime to fake racism. it can put a person in danger and it hurts the cause of those who actually experience racism.

Seems the police and judicial system is doing its job, they're being charged with filing a false report and/or a misdemeanor assault.

As far as charging them with "fake racism", probably be something hard to prove generally.

Same as should be done to those who "cry wolf" over things like rape. You can ruin lives and reputations when you do shit like this. So there definitely need to be consequences.

so do you consider what these girls did to be a hate crime. obviously race was on their mind when they jumped the white girl.

I'd say yeah, has to be if they are attacking a white person and then going and saying oh we were attacked and called racial slurs.

I don't even get how they thought they could get away with this, especially when they claim people witnessed their "assault".

i forgot the county but it was in texas....over half of the rape allegations proved to be downright lies. that's the amount proven, imagine the real number

Yeah, looks like when someone falsely claims racism they'll be found out and punished. Wish that when it's actual racism the people that perpetrate it would be similarly held accountable, but I guess there's still some work to be done.

i'd venture to say that most racist claims are outright bull.

There was this guy on a forum I visited once, he was really racist, sort of blamed black people for American chattel slavery...real messed up stuff.

He absolutely did not- that is false victim claiming on your side., He said a comment of yours sounded like the sort of thing you would say. That's fair game, seeing as you literally said it. You replied with a personal attack invoking factors of his life that were nothing to do with the discussion.

It was 100% you that started this and it's quite poor to to play the role of the abused party here. Such fake cries of bias to deflect from your own unacceptable behaviour speak badly of you. You need to check your attitude or you will not be posting here long.
