Yes. Judges are human. They cheat, lie, and all of that. Lol. I know lawyers who think this racial stuff is mostly bs also

And it is a crime to yell fire if there is no fire and someone gets hurt. So if you are called a racist and someone accuses you of beating a woman and you get a bus full of people who beat your ass...that should he a crime too.

Then they're at risk of losing their jobs and facing charges for bias and prejudice. Not necessarily something a jurist would risk after five years of study—with an additional few years to get notary merited—over the inconvenience of dealing with two people from the same trailer park with different skin colors.

If you're actually assaulted then you can take the accuser to court under charges of provoking assault.

With that said I hope you understand that something like "attempted provoke of assault," would not be a practical law.

It is. You simply have to take these people to court and convince the judge and jury that these people are guilty of the crime.

I'm not going to get into the name calling. You presume to know more about American law when I have worked in the criminal justice system for seven years. The lawyers I know are federal attorneys that I've encountered throughout my career.

Some people need to separate their deep bias from reality.
