although he is definitely a freak, he is just an example of his entire race. He is not unique, except for his skill.

Thats why i framed it in the firm of a question.
I'm not rock solid on that one, just throwing it out there as a talking point.

Yeah, its one reason i dont consider Swamp Thing a monster. He seems human to me. But you're right in that my description is flawed.
