This just solidifies exactly what I knew all along. You don't know squat about real estate. All the "property" you own in all in Texas (lol), so of course it's easy to manage. However, property out of state is totally different ballgame and that is exactly what one should do. Unless one has the time and resources to do it all on your own. The real people who can actually claim to be in that profession. I can't, nor would I, and that is exactly the type of generalization you're doing here.
