I am building a guest house in back of one of my houses to add additional income, I am building two rental units at my ranch for a hilltop get away, as well as a main house for my girl and I.

Last year on my house I did solar panels, all new windows and doors, low e triple pain, spray foam insulation, new privacy fence, two days ago I did a new insulated garage door.

Your answer would be more along the lines of somebody that owns an actual real estate company. Even the houses you're building, if so, it's an good idea. If we're just talking if you own property, that you don't live on, but get rental income from. Sure, I guess I could answer real estate to. I just wouldn't.

Then, and only then, come back to this thread and show me any post where I asked you to post proof on any of your claims? I ask for ZERO pictures, shit I even said you posted yours already. Nor did I ask for any proof of recordation in the state of Texas, nor did I ask for any proof of any of your claims about the military, houses etc etc. Find me one post where I ask for these things. The vast majority of people as dumb as you, don't amass capital like that from a high profile job. It's given or passed down to them. Now, let's say that somehow you did (don't believe) than I would just look at where you live. I own property in another state, but only did so because of the price, as well as the taxes and insurance. Plus I was already leveraged too much in California as it was. Obvious the downside is I can't manage it myself. So I'm curious, where are these "rental properties" you speak of? When were they purchased?
