Powerful version of Thor against pre crisis Capt. Marvel when he was still with FC and before he was watered down. Death ot ko. Who wins?

Lack of quality printing. Periods might not show up well, so exclamation points were used to differentiate sentences. Same reasoning behind all caps.
At least according to Stan Lee in an old Soapbox. Not sure if you know what that is.
