Yeah that's Fawcett era, I had that comic saved on my old hard-drive, and maybe 80% of Cap's appearances from back then.
What makes it better, is that this giant star, is literally a giant rock. Not a flaming ball of hydrogen. The stars in Fawcett comics were literally giant rocks on fire, which makes them immensely heavier than actual stars.
And he shoved it at FTL speeds--otherwise it would be moving too slow to notice any movement since its so massive.
This isn't even his best feat of strength either IIRC.
He also had a speed feat where he rebuilt a planet that had exploded to countless fragments with his bare hands, in a single panel. To put it in perspective, we all know Wally's one feat that was calculated to be trillions of times FTL for evacuating a city from a nuke in a specified time, well, Cap's feat shits on that by untold magnitudes.
