Raul Castro didn't even greet the President when he came to Cuba.

So there was a tropical rainstorm during Obama's tour of Havana, meaning him and his family had to walk through the city under a downpour. Pretty good metaphor for all the shit he's had to deal with since embarking on this new Cuba policy.
