Box office for this doesn't matter too much Imo. It's a well received film the DCEU films needs for once.

Also don't really see how this is comparable to Suicide Squad (in regards to the "in line with or better" part). The tone or anything are nothing similar, though I suspect WW may have its shortcomings on its own merits...

Not always. I've recently bought and have been rewatching "Avengers:Earth Mightiest Heros". Damn that was a great cartoon. I personally rate it above the JL and JLU toons (which were also great of course).

Spectacular Spider-Man was great. But pretty sure that was Sony. Were they both Pre-Disney? Didn't realise.
Also rewatched Ultimate Avengers which I also enjoyed- except for Hulk using Mjolnir to KO Thor 😠

I blame Jeff Loeb for the current trash.
