What'd you think of it Surtur? I heard from a few close friends that it falls closer in line with Psychotron's 5 or 6/10 review: really solid first and second acts, two scenes/sequences of brilliant film-making, a terrible third act, nothing that special.
Then I have two or three other close friends as well that thought it was a great superhero movie.
Mark Andreyko on Screen Junkies Movie Fights said it is the best DC Movie ever, arguing it is superior to The Dark Knight.
WHAT IS THE ANSWERRRRRRR?
Lol I actually really thought it was well done. Though I will agree that the third act was perhaps the weakest out of all 3.
I wasn't expecting much out of it, probably because the last WW movie I saw wasn't that great(it was animated).
The only question is if this will be a turning point for DC movies or if it will be the exception to the rule.

Cool beans, man. I really want to see it, and hoping it does indeed turn out to be a new standard of quality for DCEU films. Justice League needs to be a big hit in terms of quality and critical and commercial reception, as that would be a massive 1-2 combo for WB to get the DCEU back on the right tracks.
I've said it before that I have plenty of problem with the 3 DCEU films thus far, though I've enjoyed plenty in them as well. The consensus on Wonder Woman, however, is that - for the most part - it's just a well-made action film as compared to the "great special effects + here's Batman and/or Superman + Will Smith shooting stuff to rap/pop songs = money" formula followed thus far by WB.

Did you read this article first?:
http://mondoweiss.net/2017/07/military-industrial-complex/
Because it says the exact same thing you said.
Lol yes, that article has all kinds of comedy gold:
"My argument is that this much-praised Gal Gadot vehicle–seemingly about a peace-loving superhero, Wonder Woman, from the DC Comics stable–is actually carefully purposed propaganda designed to force-feed aggressive western military intervention, dressed up as humanitarianism, to unsuspecting audiences."
Somewhere the spirit of Ike Eisenhower is shaking his fist in our general direction.

Should knock spider-man out for the top spot. Incredible.
Wonder Woman Box Office: Nevertheless, She Persisted
So, yeah, the fact that we’re even talking about a $410 million total is a measure of its sheer staying power. Wonder Woman has not only been incredibly leggy throughout its run, but it has maintained these legs no matter the obstacle. Losing screens? Facing off against summer biggies? Facing off against kid-friendly summer biggies that are good or great? It doesn’t matter, the DC Films picture has acted as if other movies weren’t even in the marketplace. To use a recent political rallying cry, Wonder Woman has persisted no matter the variables."

Incredible would be if WW was genuinely a better movie than Spider Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, IronMan, Doctor Strange, Batman.
It is not. Good its making money. Movie has been out for a long while now. Move on already. New movies are coming out.
