I dunno. I kinda agree with khaz. I dont think he was fleshed out enough. And their initial battle wasnt concluded. He was tossed aside true but i think he was left out for plot reasons.
This is the only on panel info we were given:

BB just notes that their first battle was never truly finished. /shrug

I know next to nothing (aside from KMC scans) about Invincible, but...

Thragg one-shots Battle Beast as if he was 616 Beast... and then Battle Beast managed to give him the fight of his life...?

Galan, explain uhuh

Its personal opinion tbh. Hulk is said to be the most powerful being on earth and has the fts backing it up.

Strongest maybe. Definitely not the most powerful, especially considering you had guys like Molecule Man running around at the time.

To be fair, Molecule Man is the biggest pussy in the Marvel Universe.

You yell at him, he will fellatio you. Always worked that way.

Personality aside, there's no comparison power wise between Hulk and Owen.

Of course. But everybody knows that, it doesn't need to be said 😛

Well, it was said (on multiples of occasions). Dont think it can get any clearer imo. Hell, didn't Aaron say in an interview that Hulk is one of the most powerful being in the Universe? They have much love for the character. Cant wait to see the Jane and Hulk fight. It was also referenced recently that Hulk withstood something that would've killed any being on the planet.

True

He's powerful as f*ck, but he's nothing compared to the guys like Beyonder, Owen, Korvac, Zarathos, Mephisto or Galactus.

There's really no explanation aside from the scans I posted above. From an in-universe POV: their first battle was never truly finished. From a more realistic POV: Kirkman probably just wanted to give BB an epic send-off.

Either way, the strength/speed/damage-soak they displayed during their dayS-long battle was f*cking unreal. 👆

Thanks.

I know. It was still good to read.

Or strange or jaspers or Franklin or a shit ton of other characters. People take character statements wayyyyy outta proportion

Indeed. Why would you even bother trying to say crap like that about a brick, when there's universal reality warpers on the planet.

First fight was more of a bfr. I don't think BB can fly, so Thragg threw him far into space (Don't ask me how BB managed to move around the space arena).

Also, I believe it was hinted BB gets stronger the longer he fights. He's sort of a Klingon version of One Punch Man, in that he's so ridiculously powerful that few can even fight him, let alone kill him. When you live to fight and die gloriously, being that stong's kind of a curse.

So Thragg was doing him a favor. I bet BB would even laugh from the afterlife about being turned into a fur coat.. "Well met, warrior. Well met!"

Could've sworn Strange admitted Hulk is more powerful than him during infinity.

Strange stood up to the Infinity Gauntlet. 😉

With prep, sure, but his average is "one shot a Herald of Galactus... and then floor Galactus himself".
