Flash vs H'el

Who's taking this? Superman enemy or Flash?

I'd back H'el solely on what I've seen. Apparently bfrd Flash as well.

Current Flash I'm guessing? Since post crisis Wally would be too much for H'el.

Current Flash can't speed steal, right?

Even Kyle oneshotted a Martian. But one scene out of hundreds of comics where Flash is nigh useless and it's suddenly his average?
