That really doesn't suggest that the Kyle instance convienently had candles around the Martian though does it?

Superman one shotted one (maybe two). Flash one shotted two. Aquaman one shotted one. Kyle one shotted one. It's implied Martian Manhunter beat 2. Forget if MM one shotted one. WW had a short fight against one where the martian ran out of breath.

Am I missing anything? I don't know why these ****ing things are so hyped up.

Okay at this point I think there is a legit sickness that seeps into KMC and makes some people really wacky about the concept of super speed.

First off, Martian Manhunters own mental power is superior to most white martians we've seen, so Aquaman mind screwing a white martian actually doesn't mean he could mindscrew J'onn. J'onn just has better feats then the dude Aquaman mind screwed.

Yes, Aquaman's telepathy could indeed effect Superman or Black Adam..if they actually sat there and decided not to move and forgot about their super speed. When your opponents need to stand there and forget their powers and not move in order for you to achieve victory it's not much of a victory at all.

So yes, in theory Aquaman could achieve victory. Sort of like in theory you could defeat Superman if I gave you a gun with kryptonite bullets..but you still probably wouldn't actually end up defeating him.

Except Wally has feats of actually increasing his mass towards infinity, and using it to punch someone.

Moreover, he was also stated to be able to throw a thousand before his target - who also explicitly possessed superspeed reactions - could react.

Now, Carver's next question would be, who is the most durable being he has taken out with the IMP?

Which then led me to showcase White Martian strength levels, and carver's linkage of durability to strength. It seems it's an argument that only works when it suits him, however.

Then he went off-topic with WW and her speed levels. Off-topic, in his own thread, no less!

It's not just Wally though. First with super speed it was people saying characters wouldn't use it. Then the new tactic seems to be latching on to any vague reaction feat so a characters speed won't be utilized.
