It has the best graphics of the series and the combat is more fluid.

It's just not as epic as GoW3.

I would say the combat took a step back as far as fluidity goes, espcially in regards to the core combos and blocking/parrying.

I've had enough of kratos. I grew up loving this series but by the last game his character was far to one dimensional. I couldn't finish the 3rd game because I grew tired of the character. The gameplay was still fun but I was actively rooting against kratos from the beginning.

meh kratos still awesome. look gow ascension if you re say kratos is one dimensional characters

I'm not sure I'd take the word of someone who talks like Hulk regarding a character's deepness.

Also, Kratos got annoying during and after GoW 2 for me.

and also, i hope Kratos is still badass as same as he was before

The combat looks way different.

So, the gameplay drops hints (red herrings?) that the kid is going to take over from Kratos, but Barlog has stated that the playable character is Kratos. I wonder if Barlog's lying, or the kid is a companion that you level up.

Or the kid's name is Kratos as well. 😐

Also, barring the Kojima appearance, I don't think anything else at E3 was met with as much hype as God of War and Kratos' appearance.

This looks ridiculously bad ass. And the new combat style will undoubtedly freshen things up. Sadly, this is the only thing that has impressed me at E3 so far. But man am I looking forward to it.

Kratos got a Stone Cold Steven Austin like pop from the crowd when he stepped out of the shadows.

Yeah that was clear from the vid anyway.

Kratos' belly scar is still there, he wears a metal omega symbol on his back, and he has a 'Spartan Rage' mode.

Still Haven't finished the 3rd game, But i've looked up it had a post credits scene Something about where his body use to be is no longer there showing a blood trail.

God of War: Last of Us it looks like. 😛

Loved LoU as much as (more than, actually) GoW so am actually really hyped about it.

Edit. Although the "I-I'm so sorry" kid acting was kinda off.

and know we need disscuss this more detail. we need god of war 4 guide and art book or any information we can get.

and also i believe God of War 3 novel will come out next year.

Cory called Kratos an immortal demi-god that is now trying to change.

So it looks like maybe hundreds of years may have passed since God of War 3.
