I haven't read the entire thread, so I apologize if someone has already mentioned something I tell you. I shall start off with saying what I have achieved:
I have followed the recomendations made about the training construct as Naeobi. As Naeobi I did the first mini-game where the swat rush you. After completing that, I jumped into the whole in the second room, hence becoming the white Ghost. As the white Ghost, I played the second mini game in the first room where you snipe the walking security guards. After that, I exited the room (you know if you beat it by having it prompt you about saving) and jumped through the 'rabit' hole again, becoming Naeobi. I went back to the first training room and with Naeobi did the rushing mini game until I got a better score then the first time. I went to the hole in the second room and became black Ghost. Now, this is where I think I may be the first:
I went back and played the sniping mini game with black Ghost. After getting a better score then the first time, I went to the 'rabit' hole and jumped through. Upon my jumping, it went to a loading screen and the only text written was "loading" rather then scenario 2 as it sometimes does. After it loaded, it was only a black blank screen. I am not sure what it means.
Another thing I have noticed that may be of use. Whenever I punch/kick the powerade machine in the room before the whole with smoke, I sink into the ground. The only way to travel is to jump and push forward. To get out of the ground, jump onto a nearby table and climb it. Just FYI I play on the PS2 console. Perhaps these may be of use to you, or your experiences can add on to mine.

First of all, thank you for making Enter the Matrix a great game. I've enjoyed its many features very much. However many people are wondering about what secrets this game holds.
Many people on the internet have claimed that Neo may be a secret character. Some have said that in Sparks Training Construct that they have gotten Neo and his signature moves such as flying and stopping bullets. It would help to end the dispute of whether these accounts are truth or not if you would confirm or deny Neo to be an unlockable secret.
Second, there is a code given in one of the text messages of the hacking system that say to use the codes at the official site and yet there are no codes. Could you please tell me when these features of the website will be uptaded? And also, does hacking go further than Neo's message to "follow the white rabbit"?

Alright I have the answers, I read most everything about EtM on the atari and etm site and here is the answer to Neo. The game developer stated in many interviews about the game that each console will have it's advanteges and dissadvanteges. For instance "the PS2 version may not have something the Xbox version can take advantege of because of it's capabilities and vise versa." One of these tradeoffs is the loss of multi-player on the pc for the gain of neo as a playable character. This is possible because the PC utilizes it's capabilities of moving around files. Judging by the words of the developers, it clearly makes sense that the PC version gains something of leverage over the other systems due to the loss of multiplay. This same concept applies to using the trinity and morpheus skins on the pc as well.
As for people "playing" as Neo and doing these super moves, I find it hard to believe these people remember the exact order of moves they performed on however many swat guys which they claimed to try over and over again but were unable to unlock neo after the first time. Secondly, we're hearing a lot of claims that people have played neo and many do not comply with the other claims so obviously some (*cough cough* all) might be false.

Additionally, on a message board, more than one person confirmed a certain glitch. In Sparks Training Construct, they got Ghost in his black trenchcoat by saving after a scenario 2 minigame (knock off, combat) and jumping into a nearby pit. When it reloads, the character is in a different outfit, which I confirmed. Then they said after playing lots in the room with all the Ballards vs. SWATs, the game glitched and they played as Neo with special moves and everything. It was enough to convince me! You sure there is no way to unlock Neo on the consoles?

Unfortuately, there's no way to play as Neo on the consoles, not even with a "glitch" that you describe. There are separate files at work here, and the game just doesn't start reading the wrong files for no reason.
What I would theorize is happening is that you're reading multiple posts where people are talking about different versions of the game, and there's some natural confusion going on, so you may think that features available on one platform are present on others.
And the "special moves" may just be standard moves that look different in a new context, or moves that were always present, and that that particular person just hadn't seen them yet.
Or, the poster may just be mistaken and/or lying. It is the Internet, after all. ;-)
The only way to play as Neo in the game is to rename some files on the PC version that apply to the character's skin -- you're basically putting the Neo skin on the Ghost body. It doesn't look very good (because the body is designed for the Ghost skin, not the Neo skin), and there are no special abilities available (because it's still just Ghost underneath that new skin).
