Game of Thrones

I'm not sure how Littlefinger could find Gendry and even if he did I'm not sure how useful he'd be. By this point most of the people that knew Robert well enough to confirm his bastard are dead. Sweet Robin is basically a promise that the Vale won't be enemies but not much else. Not like Olenna has someone to marry him to now that Marg is the queen and definitely been bedded.

That said, shorter seasons sound great to me. The books are already guaranteed to have more material than the show and the fewer episodes, the fewer chances there are to spoil things.

Honestly, GOT went downhill with Tywin's death.

The only reason I'm still vaguely interested is Olenna, the High Sparrow, and my main man Davos.

It was one relatively weak season that's it. Season 6 could very well return to the quality of season 4

The first half of season 5 was slow but I thought the second half was great. Season 6 looks like it'll be amazing. Not really a fan of the whole Dorne storyline though, but hopefully it will tie in well with the rest of the story.

Why are you interested in the High Sparrow? He's basically just a big ol' prick in the show.

Who's the armoured guy at 1:01 supposed to be? Appears to be the same knight(?) who was dual-wielding swords in the other preview.

It looks like it. It's Targ Kingsguard so probably Dayne. He's fighting ned and a bunch of stark men solo and kicking their asses. Looks like the same scene

Good call, that is the three-headed dragon sigil on his chest. Looking forward to those scenes.

Damn. So that pretty much confirms Jon’s parentage, huh?

I kinda like a guy who's a political player but not a complete hypocrite. He's a crazed zealot for sure, but has yet to betray his "ideals."

Plus Jonathan Pryce is a great actor.

Yeah, greatly looking forward to having Ned back and the 'prequel' scenes. Such a refreshing prospect after the mediocrity of much of last season.

This is easily my most anticipated part of next season. Ned is my favorite character, so having him back for a bit is great. I wish we could have an entire episode dedicated to him.

Does anyone know if they're using Sean Bean for the scene or a younger actor?

Sebastian Croft is playing a younger Ned, not sure for which scenes though, as Croft is 13 years old.

So having seen some spoilers I am...interested in how this particular speck on the internet will react.

Spoiler:
Hope you like the Sand Snakes.

Let's just say they put the Twenty Good Men to shame.
Spoiler:
They kill Doran Martell and Areo Hotah and take over Dorne.

The showrunners have always been incompetent (it was just harder to notice early on when they could just piggyback on the fat ****'s writing), but if this is true this is looking to be the worst season yet.
