Robtard humiliating Quan just gets better and better.
To put quano's (aka backsdown112) comments in chronological order of the CA films 1, 2 and 3:

Winter Soldier. Decent enough but not great IMO.

This trailer didn't do anything for me. I've never been a cap guy and I'm hoping the film is much better than the first trailer.
Notice the non existent initial faith and love in the Russo bros he had. But add a little bandwagon juice and you get the clownshow you see now

Robbie aka Hodor my biggest fan.

WS rules!!
I thought the First Avenger was great in its own right.
The music was great.
Alan Silvestri really knocked it out of the park with his Captain America theme.
This shit is nearly on par with John Williams' Superman theme and Danny Elfman's Batman theme for me.
Also, the Star Spangled Man scene gets me choked up everytime with how awesomely WW2 cheesy it is:
YouTube video
When the whole chorus goes "Who'll whip the giant attacking America? We know its no one but CAPTAIN AMERICA!", goosebumps.

Speaking of super hero movies not part of this thread:It's a shame Wolverine happened. First Class and Days of Future Past were amazing bookends on the trilogy (Apocalypse is different enough where I'm comfortable excluding it), with a really shitty middle.
Don't think FC, The Wolverine & DOFP counts as a trilogy. The Wolverine films are it's own trilogy.
Yeah, and I was also assuming Future Past was setting up the adults for the next film. Than I saw who's starring in it.
Makes sense, given how there's a lot of story to cover between Future Past's end scene and the younger Xmen. But that kind of means all Wolverine character development is a waste if time, since he effectively gets "killed off" and replaced with Future Past Logan.

Actually Wolverine remembers the old timeline at the end of DOFP. So his character development wasn't a waste of time.
And since his was the only character developed in that original trilogy of X-Men films, those films essentially still count as their sole purpose remains realised.

So Logan wasn't in Apocalypse?
They're talking reboot again, so I guess the point's moot, but I was assuming they'd continue the early formation of the X-men, and bring adult Wolverine into it at some point (Meaning new timeline Logan character development, even though he'd eventually be replaced by the DOFP Logan).

Spoiler:
His scene in Apoc is a bit disjointed from DoFP. He was rescued from the river by Mystique posing as Stryker in DOFP yet in Apoc he has been brainwashed into weapon X by the real Stryker. It's a cheap bit of PiS to show that he's got the adamantium claws etc in the changed timeline although that's not shown directly. After he kills everyone at the compound Jean calms his mind and then he runs out into the wilderness without saying anything. No explanation given how he went from fake Stryker's custody to real Stryker's custody.
