That's about the gist of it. 🙂

Since Goku was actually moving, I vote Hit either speeds himself up, or slows everyone else down. If "time skipping" is the accurate translation, then he's basically got Zoom II's power of bending time to simulate uber speed.

Don't kid yourself. That's just for the audience's benefit to know he was getting hurt.

But he was reacting though. Can't take that away.

The accurate translation was already posted for you. He stops time. Is there a corner in your house with napkins?

Also, they fought during time stop.

I can tell you how it works. He freeze time for everyone but himself as stated in the previous episode. There, that was simple.

Just because it's on Youtube doesn't make it the de-facto definitive translation. 😛

Why does the translation matter? We see that he literally stops time and then can do whatever he wants. I don't know what more we need...

Didn't stop Goku. Not time stop, whatever they called it. It's more likely a form of time dilation.

They straight up say he stops/skips time. Not that he slows it down or something of that nature.

As for why Goku can move, it's a stupid anime where character can blow up the planet. Just roll with it.

Lol of course the Nutt hurt ensues when people see a dbz feat they aren't comfortable with.

Hit doesnt slow time he stops it that's the literal definition of his powers and why these gods can't see him at all when he moves in it. Hoke was so fast he out sped time. Deal with it and prepare your anuses because we are only going to get even more ridiculous feats from here.

They call Guldo's power "time freeze" too, and he very obviously slowed time to a crawl.

Goku could move because he's too fast for the time dilation. You're getting hung up on a word from amateur translators, when the fact is Goku was moving. Even if they did use "stop", it's obviously not if someone could move.

This is no different then Cyborg 009 "stopping time" for a week by being stuck in accelerate mode.

Its a cartoon bro...physics come in second place all of the time. No matter what you say, Goku moved through time and people are going to accept that. You can cry a river all day. No one is changing their mind about the showing because you're hating.

You and new guy need to PM each other about the showing so that you two can feel better because as shown, even with you two closing your eyes while the show played, people still know hit stopped time and Goku moved through it.

Even DBZ follows internal logic, "bro", this isn't Axe Cop. And using the term "time stop" is a pretty common discription for time getting slowed to a crawl relative to a character.

So what, you lost the war on Hulk in comics vs and now adapted Goku as your self insert character? 😛

Naah, we just listen to the words and look at what is going on versus hating on a show that defies logic.

I don't understand why you guys are make up these theories and believing they are the truth. I mean it is all fine and dandy if they actually say Hit only slows time down on screen but they say the complete opposite. I have no clue where you are even getting this stuff from.

And for the theory that Goku is just to powerful for the time stop to work on him, why do they specifically show a scene where the time stop is clearly affecting Goku in KaioKen? It just doesn't affect him enough for Hit to take any type of advantage.

We all know this because Hit can now actually see Goku and somewhat react to him during this time, where he obviously could not before. All Goku says is that he is on another level now so it is no use. Nothing about the power not working.

I mean yea moving faster than time makes no sense but neither does half the stuff we see in comics. 90% of the things that happen in DBZ/DBS make no sense in the real world what so ever. Just look at Buu.

Lets say if Hit could bump his time jump up to 10 seconds he would probably beat the shit out of Goku.

So he is probably just fast enough that a small degree of time stop doesnt effect him that much...

How does that make sense?

You said it yourself. We can SEE time stop SLOWING Goku. Not stopping, slowing. You guys wanna call it a full on stop, go ahead, but it's obviously not working as advertised. Just don't pretend you're not making shit up and ignoring what's happening on screen, anymore then you claim I am..

About the only thing you're accomplishing is probably to convince Galan he was right in snubbing the show. (Seriously Galan, give it another chance. At least try ep 37..)

Makes about as much sense as Goku moving while time is stopped TBH.
