Makes about as much sense as Buu turning people into candy. But they both happened. It is what it is.

I mean hell if they reveal next episode that Hit is only slowing time then cool. But there was no indication from any character yet that back up your claim it was only slowed not stopped.

I will say 1 thing about the measurements of time used. I think it was in this thread someone complained about it being 0.1 seconds instead of 0.0000001 or something like that. I get it, but consider one simple fact. How hard that would be to use in a sentence. In English we'd have to say "Zero point zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero one seconds." In Japanese it'd be much more difficult to say. Probably a big reason why it was stated in simply decimals.

It probably would have been best to leave it ambiguous. "A fraction of a second" or something along those lines.

Boo turning people into candy makes perfect sense, he's a demon who can use magic. Movement when time is halted is simply impossible by virtue of speed; speed, by definition, is distance divided by time.

And you can't divide by 0. Goku can't exist in two places at the same time by virtue of speed. Otherwise, Beerus and Whis (who are faster than Goku) would be able to cover infinite distances instantaneously. But in actuality, even while using enhanced travel methods, it takes them several minutes to move across the universe.

Which means the most logical explanation is either that A.) Hit is only slowing time to imperceptible levels, or B.) Hit's haxxx simply doesn't affect Goku anymore. I like to think B is the more likely choice, judging from multiple character's dialogue, but both are plausible. Goku achieving omnipresence via speed really isn't.

Could have simply said "nanosecond" or "microsecond" (One millionth and one thousandth of a second. Mr. Majestic's done nanosecond reactions on a teleporter).

We see time stopped. Jaco tells us that time is FREEZING...STOPPED. The explaination is right there in front of your face. You are the one in denial and need to rebute what is said on panel.

That's all Hit NEEDED to do while facing Vegeta. You forgot that he hit Frost more than once. He hit him so fast that we didn't see him move. Frost didn't know what was going on. So yes, he displayed multiple hits a long time ago. You were just in denial. Like I said, no one here is taking you seriously on anything DBS related.
